Architected an asynchronous, ultra-low-latency quantitative trading infrastructure for global commodities (XAU/USD, BRENT, WTI), seamlessly bridging localized Python execution engines with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) terminals using custom WinAPI bindings and shared-memory IPC. • Engineered high-throughput, non-blocking ETL pipelines utilizing python-asyncio and TimeScaleDB to ingest, normalize, and process real-time L2 order book depth and multi-exchange tick feeds for systematic spread trading. • Integrated localized, CUDA-accelerated machine learning pipelines (XGBoost/LSTM) to calculate intraday alpha signals, streaming predictive vector weights through a Redis Pub/Sub layer directly into custom MQL5 Expert Advisors (EAs). • Developed thread-safe MQL5 execution modules leveraging OrderSendAsync() to mitigate slippage, handle dynamic spread widening during high-impact macroeconomic releases, and manage virtual stop-losses at the broker-gateway level. • Built a low-latency WebSockets dashboard via FastAPI and React to monitor real-time WebSocket state management, portfolio drawdown, margin utilization vectors, and execution latency profiles across decentralized multi-broker architectures.
