I am managing large-scale IT support operations within a fast-paced textiles-based corporate environment serving 800+ IT users across multiple departments and locations. This role required a unique combination of technical expertise, strategic planning, and strong communication skills to keep a complex, high-demand infrastructure running smoothly. In the textile industry, downtime directly impacts production, supply chain, and revenue. My responsibility was to ensure that every system, device, and network component operated reliably so that business operations continued without interruption.
