I build the internal systems businesses actually run on, the ones that replace paper, spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads. Recent work: an operations platform tracing ocean-bound plastic through a supply chain that ran on paper; an append-only stock ledger for an online bike-parts seller; a white-label POS for cafes and restaurants; and a logistics PWA for a courier company, built end to end as sole developer.
