Over mij
I’m a US contract lawyer who focuses on business agreements and worker classification issues.
I help companies and freelancers make sure their independent contractor agreements actually hold up under IRS, DOL, and state rules. If you’re worried about misclassification risk, I review the contract for the red flags that matter, control over how the work is done, tools and equipment, exclusivity, pa-yment structure, and the overall relationship, and give you clear, practical feedback so you can lower your exposure.
