How long does the full ERP implementation take?
Basic takes 7 days, Standard takes 10 days, and Premium takes 14 days. Complex setups with data migration or many users may take slightly longer. I provide a detailed project timeline before we start so you know exactly what happens on each day of the implementation, no surprises.
Can you set up user roles so different employees see only what they need?
Yes. The Premium package includes full role and access permission configuration. Your warehouse staff see only inventory. Your sales team see only CRM and sales. Your accountant sees only finance. Your managers get a complete cross-department dashboard view all configured and tested before delivery
What happens if something breaks or needs adjusting after delivery?
The Standard package includes 3 revisions and the Premium package includes 30-day post-delivery support with unlimited revisions. During the support period I fix any issues, answer questions, and make adjustments at no extra cost. After the support period ends, I offer affordable monthly maintenance
Is Odoo actually suitable for German compliance or do I need SAP?
Odoo 18 is certified to the German GoBD standard (IDW PS 880) and supports full DATEV export, SKR03/04 charts of accounts, and German MwSt.
