Embedded Linux engineer, 3 years commercial, focused on BSP work for ARM SoC platforms. Day job: an industrial smart-camera platform on an ARM SoC. I ported U-Boot for the board and led the product's migration between major Linux LTS versions: vendor and in-house drivers ported, device trees reworked for new bindings, camera pipeline adapted. I maintain the Yocto layers behind the image. Comfortable across MIPI CSI-2 and V4L2, I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO, and debugging with ftrace, perf, kgdb and JTAG. C, C++, Python, plus Qt/QML tooling. BSP and system software for an industrial smart-camera platform (ARM SoC, Yocto-based Linux distribution). - Ported and integrated the U-Boot bootloader for the platform: board configuration, device-tree and FIT image handling, boot flow and kernel hand-off, bringing bootloader and kernel into a single reproducible boot chain. - Led the migration of the full product feature set between major Linux LTS versions: ported vendor and in-house kernel drivers, reworked device trees for the new bindings, adapted the camera pipeline, and validated functional parity with the legacy branch. - Developed a Qt desktop application for device communication and signal transfer, used internally for configuration and diagnostics of the camera hardware. - Maintained Yocto layers and recipes for the platform image, and debugged boot, driver and integration issues together with the hardware team.
