I came to CRM work through sales and customer service, so I build with the person using the system in mind, not just the person who ordered it. A good chunk of my work is reactivation — building sequences that go back through a client's old, cold leads and try to get a reply out of the ones that never converted. For anything that doesn't fit neatly into GoHighLevel's native automations, I've used n8n to connect systems that otherwise wouldn't talk to each other.
