I will migrate microsoft 365 mailboxes and data between tenants
Over deze dienst
Merging companies, rebranding, or moving to a new Microsoft 365 tenant? I'll plan and run the migration so your team keeps its email, calendars, and files with minimal downtime.
I have hands-on experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations as part of a professional IT team.
WHAT I DO:
- Audit both tenants before starting
- Prepare users, licenses, and domains in the target tenant
- Migrate mailboxes (mail, calendar, contacts)
- Migrate OneDrive files (Standard and Premium)
- Migrate SharePoint sites: up to 3 in Standard, up to 10 in Premium
- Move your domain and update DNS (Premium)
- Test with a pilot user first
- Provide a handover document
WHAT I NEED FROM YOU:
- Temporary admin access to both tenants (never your main password)
- A list of users and SharePoint sites to migrate
- Your preferred migration window
NOT INCLUDED: Teams chats and Power Platform items. Message me for a separate quote.
Third-party migration tool licenses, if needed, are paid by the buyer.
Message me before ordering so we can confirm the scope together.

Veelgestelde vragen
Will my users lose email during the migration?
No. I migrate in stages and test with a pilot user first. Any brief interruption happens at the final cutover, which we schedule for a quiet time.
Do you need my passwords?
No. I’ll ask for a temporary admin account in each tenant, which you can remove afterwards.
How long does it take?
Small teams usually take a few days. Each package’s delivery time covers planning, a pilot, and the full migration.
Can you migrate SharePoint sites?
Yes, in the Standard (up to 3 sites) and Premium (up to 10 sites) packages. Permissions and structure are checked after the move. Extra sites can be added. Teams chats are not included, so message me for a quote.
Will SharePoint permissions and links stay the same?
I migrate permissions and structure as closely as the tools allow. Links and some custom features may need to be updated, and I’ll tell you what to expect before I start.
What if something goes wrong?
I back up before I start, test first, and leave your source tenant untouched until you confirm everything works.
Do I need to buy any tools?
Sometimes. If a third-party migration tool is needed, I’ll tell you the cost before I start, and the license is paid by you.
