This one took a while to get right. SpotOn started as a simple question why is finding parking in Dhaka still a guessing game in 2025? We did the research to find out. 53 survey responses, qualitative interviews, and a lot of time spent thinking about what a Dhaka driver actually goes through every morning. The data was pretty clear. 67.9% of people struggle with parking almost every day. 90% waste at least 5 minutes just searching. And almost nobody is using a dedicated parking app which told us the opportunity was real. From there we built everything ground up personas, empathy maps, user journeys, information architecture, all the way to high-fidelity screens. The bKash-first payment flow, the AI safety score, the live session screen all of it came directly from what users told us mattered. Still a lot to learn, but proud of how this one came together.
