I designed and built the entire backend of a multi-tenant SaaS platform powering a conversational AI voice agent that handles inbound calls, books appointments and qualifies leads. This includes the REST API (Node.js / Express, TypeScript), the PostgreSQL / Supabase data model with row-level security, and the call-data ETL pipeline with idempotent sync and zero duplicates. I built an analytics aggregation layer feeding real-time dashboards, orchestrated a self-hosted n8n workflow of around 60 nodes, and integrated Twilio, Stripe and Google Calendar. Deployed serverless on GCP Cloud Run.
