Over deze dienst
Need to know whether a mechanical part will deform, fail, vibrate, buckle, or survive repeated loading before manufacturing?
I will perform ANSYS Workbench FEA, structural analysis, and stress analysis for mechanical parts, products, and assemblies.
Services:
- Static structural stress, strain, deformation, and safety-factor analysis
- Linear and nonlinear contact analysis
- Fatigue life and damage evaluation
- Modal, vibration, and buckling analysis
- Transient structural and Explicit Dynamics studies
- Topology optimization and design comparison
- Thermal-stress analysis where applicable
- Geometry cleanup, material assignment, contacts, loads, supports, and meshing
- Mesh-quality and convergence checks according to scope
- Result plots, engineering interpretation, ANSYS files, and professional reports
I bring 6+ years of freelance engineering experience across 108 completed projects, including product durability, structural simulation, fatigue, and design optimization.
Please message me before ordering with your CAD model, material data, loads, supports, contacts, analysis objective, and required outputs. I will review the scope and recommend the correct package.

Veelgestelde vragen
What information do you need before starting?
Please provide the CAD model, material properties, loads, supports, contact information, units, operating conditions, analysis objective, and required outputs. If some information is unknown, tell me before ordering so we can determine whether reasonable assumptions are possible.
Which types of FEA can you perform?
Depending on the project, I can perform static structural, stress and deformation, fatigue, modal, buckling, transient structural, Explicit Dynamics, nonlinear contact, thermal-stress, and topology-optimization studies.
How do you validate the simulation results?
I review boundary conditions, contact behavior, reaction balance, mesh quality, stress concentrations, deformation behavior, and solver convergence. Mesh-convergence or sensitivity checks are included according to the selected package.
Which results will I receive?
Results may include von Mises and principal stress, strain, total and directional deformation, reaction forces, safety factor, fatigue life and damage, natural frequencies, mode shapes, buckling factors, and other project-specific outputs.
Can you create the CAD model?
Minor geometry cleanup and simulation preparation can be included. Complete product modeling or technical drawings are handled through my separate SolidWorks CAD service so this gig remains focused on structural analysis.
Does this gig include CFD or fluid simulation?
No. This gig is dedicated to ANSYS structural FEA. CFD is provided through my separate CFD gig. Thermal-stress or imported pressure-load analysis can be included when properly scoped.
Can these results certify that my product is safe?
FEA supports engineering decisions but does not replace physical testing, regulatory approval, or certification by an authorized professional. Results depend on the accuracy of the geometry, materials, loads, contacts, and assumptions supplied.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers corrections or reasonable adjustments within the originally agreed geometry, materials, loads, and analysis scope. New parts, new load cases, different materials, or another analysis type require an extra or custom offer.
Why must I contact you before ordering?
Simulation cost depends on geometry, contacts, material behavior, loading, solver type, mesh requirements, and expected deliverables. Reviewing these items first prevents incorrect package selection and unrealistic results.
