Over mij
I'm Dr. Meniz Altay, the scientist behind Scientium. Born and raised in Turkiye, I moved to the Netherlands to pursue my higher academic education. After my PhD in Chemistry at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I founded Scientium to bring the rigour of scientific thinking to two things that rarely get it: how organizations manage knowledge, and how people navigate their working lives.
