Metaworld Systems uses Python to deduplicate, normalize, validate, merge, and transform CSV or Excel data. This is structured cleanup with agreed rules - not manual cell editing or vague preprocessing.
Basic delivers one cleaned file and summary. Standard adds multiple files, more rules, merging, and a rejected-row report. Premium adds a reusable Python pipeline, README, and quality report for repeat runs.
Before work starts, we agree on the rules using a sample. A revision corrects the agreed transformation under the written order terms; a new rule, source, join, or output is new scope and requires a separately accepted fixed-price offer.

What counts as a revision?
A revision corrects the delivered work against the agreed requirement or example. A new integration, rule, workflow, data source, or output is new scope and can be quoted as an extra or custom offer.
How are scoped corrections handled?
If delivered work does not match an accepted requirement or example, Metaworld Systems corrects that scoped defect under the written order terms. New features, third-party changes, credential/account problems, and altered input formats are separate scope.
Are software subscriptions or API fees included?
No. The buyer owns and pays for required n8n, Make, Zapier, hosting, database, API, or AI-model accounts unless a separate managed-support agreement says otherwise.
Do you need my passwords?
No passwords should be sent in chat. Use platform credential sharing, restricted test keys, or temporary least-privilege access where available. Revoke temporary access after acceptance.
Do I receive source or workflow files?
Readable source or workflow files listed in the package or custom offer are included. Ownership, license, handover, and reuse terms will be stated in writing before work begins. Message before ordering if you need a specific handover arrangement.
Can you host or monitor it after delivery?
Yes, when separately scoped. Marketplace packages include only the stated launch support; ongoing hosting, monitoring, maintenance, and response times require a managed-support quote.
