Specialized in helping SaaS founders and B2B entrepreneurs fix cold outreach that had stopped working, or had never worked in the first place. The most common problem I encountered was simple: clients were reaching out to everyone instead of the right people, and their messages were focused on themselves instead of the prospect's problems. My first step with every client was an ICP deep-dive, building out a detailed profile of their ideal customer based on industry, company size, seniority, common challenges, and buying triggers. This exercise alone transformed results, because once you know exactly who you're talking to, you can write messages that feel like they were written just for them. From the ICP, I developed segmented targeting strategies and rewrote outreach copy from scratch, connection requests, opening messages, follow-ups, and objection-handling responses. I also trained clients on how to spot warm leads in their inbox and how to transition from automated outreach to genuine one-on-one conversation at the right moment. Campaign setup was done using Expandi and Dripify depending on the client's preference and budget. Across all clients served during this period, the average time-to-first-reply dropped significantly once the new ICP-aligned sequences went live. Several clients saw their first qualified conversations within the first 10 days. I also delivered a written outreach playbook for each client so they could continue running campaigns independently after our engagement ended.

Designed and launched Dripify-powered LinkedIn outreach campaigns for coaches, consultants, and service-based business owners looking to generate consistent leads without spending on paid advertising. Many of my clients had tried LinkedIn outreach before but gave up after getting no replies, usually because they were sending mass, copy-paste messages that prospects could spot immediately. My approach was different. I started every engagement by understanding the client's offer deeply, who it was best suited for, and what pain points their ideal clients were actively experiencing. That research shaped every word of the outreach sequence. Using Dripify, I built automated drip campaigns with multiple touchpoints, a connection request, an initial value message, a soft follow-up, and a final call-to-action, all spaced out naturally to avoid feeling pushy or robotic. Each message was written to feel personal and relevant, referencing the prospect's role, industry, or a specific challenge they were likely facing. I also set up Dripify's pipeline view so clients could track where every lead was in the sequence and follow up manually when warm signals appeared. Transitioning clients from manual, inconsistent outreach to a structured automated system was one of the most impactful changes I delivered. It freed up their time while keeping their pipeline active. Several clients reported their first-ever booked discovery calls from LinkedIn within the first two weeks of launching their new Dripify campaigns.
