I specialize in transforming WordPress from a content platform into a Structured Data System: Collecting, Cleaning, Storing, and Preparing Data for Reporting, Analytics, and Decision-Making I focus on Data-Accuracy, Automation, and Documentation, ensuring WordPress data can be reliably used beyond the CMS — for reporting, audits, or integration with other systems. RECENTLY COMPLETED PROJECT:=> EMPLOYEE-VERIFICATION, DATA-CAPYURE, & HR-SYSTEM Project Overview & Business-Problem: A Client; A Basic Education Board of a State in Nigeria, with over 12,000 enrollees across its 36 LGAs, required a solution to be proffered within 3 months to tackle the following problems: • Ghost Workers: Physically verify every enrollee in the 36 LGAs to ascertain eligibility of employment as a staff of the ‘Board’ ( I integrated the NIMC API for verification) • Assessment- Identify and list-out employees that are: -Due for Promotion -Due for Retirement (I spotted ‘outliers’ using the ‘Age’ field) -Absent from Active-Service (due to reasons of health, death, official-leave, AWOL, etc.) • Manual Storage: I deployed a cloud-stored-database for a secured & remote access to its information therein • Manual Reports: Auto-generate every possible report that pertains to a verified-enrollee… • Analytics: Generated-Data from the system should be analytics-ready to aid ‘Board Management’ with better decision-making.
