Costume Designer & 3D Cosplay Artist | Freelance | 2020–Present Designed and produced custom cosplay costumes, 3D printed armor, helmets, masks, props, and fashion pieces for anime, gaming, fantasy, sci-fi, comic, and movie characters. Mandalorian Armor Set, Cyberpunk Tactical Costume, Iron Man Helmet & Armor, Anime Character Cosplay, Doom-Inspired Helmet, Star Wars-Inspired Costume, Horror Character Masks, and Fantasy Armor & Weapon Sets. Used Blender, Fusion 360, Meshmixer, CLO 3D, and Ultimaker Cura for 3D modeling, sculpting, garment design, STL preparation, part separation, and print optimization. Worked with Creality Ender 3 V2, Bambu Lab P1S, FDM and resin 3D printers using PLA, PETG, and resin for different costume components. Handled the complete production process, 3D modeling, slicing, support setup, printing, sanding, filling, filler primer, wet sanding, assembly, painting, weathering, and final finishing Created wearable armor using EVA foam with heat forming, beveling, contact cement, sealing, and reinforcement techniques. For fabric costumes, used a Brother computerized sewing machine for pattern cutting, machine stitching, hems, seams, lining, elastic, Velcro, zippers, straps, and costume fitting. Combined sewn fabric with 3D printed parts, EVA foam, magnets, buckles, and adjustable hardware. Painting techniques acrylic painting, metallic finishes, dry brushing, airbrushing, shading, highlighting, panel detailing, washes, and weathering Managed projects from client references and measurements through design, fabrication, finishing, and final delivery.
