As a fresh graduate, I was assigned to the Strategic Planning Office, where I handled sales performance analysis, prepared materials for executives, and coordinated among 8 different departments. During this time, I was given the opportunity to independently plan and execute a large-scale event in Germany with 75 participants, including the president and executives of our OEM client. Over six months of project management, I directed vehicle transportation and venue preparations while maintaining rigorous progress tracking and risk management. On the event day, I successfully hosted the president of Bosch (a global company with approximately 400,000 employees worldwide) and executed the event flawlessly. The client remarked that they thought I was "a Germany resident familiar with the country," and I was subsequently nominated for the Jr. Management Program—a distinction awarded to only a few employees out of 30,000 in Japan.
