Over the past 6+ years, I’ve grown from a training support role into a position that sits at the intersection of operations, coordination, and team leadership. What drives me most is bringing structure to complexity — turning moving pieces, deadlines, and different perspectives into clear, well-executed outcomes. In my current role, I coordinate a small operations team and act as the bridge between clients, trainers, and internal stakeholders. I enjoy creating alignment, building reliable processes, and ensuring that every project not only runs smoothly, but feels seamless for everyone involved. Beyond day-to-day coordination, I’m deeply interested in how systems and ways of working can be improved. Whether it’s refining workflows, strengthening communication, or supporting better planning through financial coordination, I’m focused on making things more efficient, more transparent, and more sustainable in the long run. I thrive in environments where there’s constant movement, shared ownership, and an opportunity to make a tangible impact — both on how teams work together and on the quality of what we deliver.
