Usually yes. Send crash logs from Crashlytics, Sentry or console output and I'll work from there. I'll guide you on collecting them if needed.
Q3: Will you explain what caused the bug?
Always. You get a plain-language explanation of the root cause and exactly what I changed.
Q4: What if the fix is bigger than my package?
I'll tell you before doing any work and send a custom offer. No surprise charges mid-order.
Q5: Can you fix an app another developer built?
That's most of what I do. Inheriting someone else's codebase is normal — I work with what's there instead of pushing a rewrite.
