Why should I contact you before placing an order?
It is always recommended that the buyer contacts the seller before placing an order. This allows for a smoother and more efficient transaction experience. It also allows us to discuss your project needs, availability, and proper package selection. Don't worry, I will never attempt to upsell you :)
What will I need to get started?
To get started, all you will need is: 1. A Domain/Website name 2. Web Hosting account (don't know where to get one? Contact me) 3. Content (text and images) for all pages 4. Logo (file) and brand colours, if applicable (optional)
There is a website that I like, can you duplicate it?
That depends on the website as each website has different features and uses different plug-ins. For the most part, I can duplicate the layout and design of almost any website. However, its best I review them during the initial message you send me, prior to placing an order.
Do you provide the content (text and/or images) for my website?
No. Unfortunately all written content and images need to be provided by you. Please do ensure that written content are grammatically correct and that you have obtained the license for any 3rd party images. *If you need assistance with written content, check out my content and blog gig. :)
Does your package include SEO?
Yes, my all my packages offer basic SEO to ensure that your website is setup for advanced SEO. This only includes adding good SEO titles to each page, registering your website with Google Search Console and uploading your sitemap to Google. *For more advanced SEO, check out my SEO gig
Does your packages include custom graphics?
No. This gig does not include any custom illustrations or graphics. I will upload and use the graphics or illustrations provided directly by you, and/or make use of free to use material. *If you are interested in custom graphics for your website, check out my 3D illustration/Graphics gig
Do you use design software like Figma, XD or Photoshop before implementing?
No. I design the website and layout directly in WordPress on a dedicated Domain. This reduces duplication, allow for faster delivery, and allows you to periodically (as per the outlined milestones) view and test the live website before delivery.
Do you provide premium license for themes and plug-ins?
No. All themes and plug-ins used are 100% free. However should you wish to access premium features, you will need to purchase the license for those plug-ins/themes directly with the author of the software. In most cases, premium features are not required.
Who manage and updates my website after delivery?
Upon delivery, you will be responsible for the management and upkeep of your website. You will have full access to the WordPress Dashboard, which is super easy to use. If you are not familiar with WordPress, do not panic, I will take you through a 10 minute walkthrough of the dashboard.
