Gather, elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews and requirement workshops. Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, SRS, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, developers, QA engineers, and Functional Area Experts to ensure requirement clarity and successful delivery. Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and functional specifications for development and QA teams. Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support backlog prioritization, change request management, and requirement traceability. Prepare and review test cases with Product Owners and QA teams to support functional validation and UAT. Coordinate UAT activities and validate delivered features against documented requirements. Conduct sprint-end feature demonstrations, gather stakeholder feedback, and identify enhancement opportunities. Manage project documentation and requirements using JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. Support IoT device integration within WPF desktop applications, including sensors, keypads, dimmers, processors, and lights. Analyze communication workflows between Processor hardware and desktop applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC, from requirement initiation to feature delivery and validation.
