De meeste freelancers ontwerpen een onderdeel dat er goed uitziet, maar onmogelijk of te duur is om te vormen. Mijn proces omvat een volledige DFM (Design for Manufacturing) aanpak om ervoor te zorgen dat je mal efficiënt, duurzaam en kosteneffectief is.
Wat ik aanbied in deze dienst:
Precisie 3D-mallenontwerp: Op maat gemaakte injectiemallen afgestemd op jouw specifieke machine en materiaal.
Gedetailleerde mold flow analyse: Ik identificeer en los verzinkingen, luchtbellen en laslijnen op voordat je een cent uitgeeft aan staal.
Volledige technische documentatie: Je ontvangt de 3D-modellen (STEP, SLDPRT) en 2D-tekeningen klaar voor de CNC-shop.
Materiaalkeuze & troubleshooting: Deskundig advies over het kiezen van het juiste plastic (ABS, PP, PC, etc.) en malstaal.
Complexe mechanismen: Expertise in sliders, lifters en multi-cavity hot runner systemen.
