I worked as a Full Stack Developer at Shalimar Group of Companies, where I designed, maintained, and scaled a multi-company enterprise management system. The platform was built to support multiple companies under one centralized system, with modular architecture allowing each company to operate with its own customized workflows and access controls. I was responsible for backend development, database design, API integrations, performance optimization, and system security. The system handled real-time business operations, financial transactions, and internal management processes efficiently. Core modules I developed and maintained include: • HR Management System – Employee records, attendance, payroll structure, and administrative controls • Employee Performance (ACR Management) – Performance evaluations, reporting, and appraisal tracking • Property Sale & Purchase Management – Property inventory, client handling, agreements, and transaction lifecycle • Sales & Purchase System – Order management, invoicing, stock coordination, and reporting • Bill of Materials (BOM) – Material consumption tracking, production costing, and final product cost calculation • Mess Management System – Member management, billing automation, and expense tracking • Event Ticket Management – Secure ticket generation with QR code-based verification system • Accounting System – Ledger management, balance tracking, vouchers, receipts, and financial reporting The system was built with scalability, security, and performance in mind, ensuring smooth operations across different business units. I continuously improved system efficiency, reduced manual processes, and implemented structured workflows to support organizational growth.
