Why using Tailwind CSS/Bootstrap instead of CSS3?
Custom CSS3 is more complex for future changes or editing. Also it requires more time to load up in browsers. Tailwind CSS/Bootstrap is fast and compatible in most of the browsers, it is much more flexible in case of future changes/editing.
