My Google Ads Working Experience with Bonjour Managing Google Ads for Bonjour, one of the most well-known transport services, was a strong example of running performance-focused campaigns in a highly competitive local service market. The primary goal was to generate consistent phone calls and ride bookings while maintaining efficient cost per lead. I was responsible for planning, structuring, and optimizing Google Search and Call-focused campaigns targeting high-intent users looking for immediate transport services. Keywords were carefully segmented based on service intent such as airport transfer, local taxi, and urgent ride requests to capture ready-to-convert traffic. To ensure full budget control and performance stability, I designed a tightly structured campaign setup with separate ad groups based on keyword intent, location targeting, and service type. This structure reduced wasted spend and improved Quality Score by maintaining high relevance between keywords, ads, and landing experiences. Conversion tracking was a core part of the strategy. I implemented and monitored phone call conversions, call duration tracking, and key engagement signals to measure real business value rather than just clicks. All optimization decisions were driven by actual performance data, not assumptions. Ongoing optimization included search term analysis, negative keyword refinement, bid adjustments, ad copy testing, and device-based optimization to prioritize mobile users, where the majority of taxi bookings originated. Through continuous testing and data-driven optimization, the campaigns delivered steady call volume, improved lead quality, and a strong return on ad spend while keeping cost per call under control. This project strengthened my expertise in managing high-intent, call-driven Google Ads campaigns for local service businesses operating in competitive markets.
