I specialize in preparing permit drawings across all states and provide continuous support throughout the process.

The design services include:

1. Plumbing Systems: Water and Drainage Layouts, Plumbing Fixture Schedule, Isometric Diagrams, Gas Line Design

2 . HVAC Systems: Load Calculations, Duct Sizing and Layout, Equipment Selection, Ventilation Design, Manual JDS

3. Electrical Systems: Lighting and Power Layouts, Load Calculations, Panel Schedule, Wire Breaker Sizing, Riser Diagram

4. Fire Fight Systems: Sprinkler Systems, Fire Hydrants, Wet and Dry Systems

Moreover, I can provide calculations for electrical loads, panel schedules, plumbing loads, riser diagrams, HVAC loads (Manual J, D and S), and technical reports.
