I founded and led Quilt Comfort, which grew from a single-founder venture into one of India’s leading pregnancy-comfort brands. I built the business end-to-end — product development, brand positioning, operations, growth, and customer experience — while transitioning it from an early bootstrapped setup into a structured D2C organization. My role combined strategic leadership with hands-on execution: shaping brand narrative, developing content and messaging, optimizing supply chain and fulfilment, and building acquisition systems that scaled consistently. The experience strengthened my capabilities as a founder-operator, working across strategy, systems, teams, and storytelling while scaling a mission-driven consumer brand.
