As a Full Stack Developer at TMR Consulting Pvt. Ltd (Islamabad) since July 2023, I have been working on a large-scale government project for the Punjab Land Record Authority (PLRA), Government of Pakistan, for over 1.3 years. In this role, I have contributed to the development and management of a highly complex land management system that handles critical land records and workflows across the province. I have primarily led frontend development using React, where I implemented multiple layouts, reusable hooks, and a scalable architecture to support the system’s growing requirements. Additionally, I designed and managed an advanced role-based access control (RBAC) system with more than 12 user roles and permissions. I have efficiently handled API integrations using RTK Query and managed complex application state using Redux Toolkit. Alongside this, I have contributed to multiple high-complexity projects, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability. My work spans across the MERN stack, where I have collaborated on both frontend and backend components in a production-level environment.
