I will build and integrate a custom RAG knowledge-base chatbot that retrieves relevant information from your approved content before generating an answer. Your users get faster, source-grounded responses directly on your website instead of searching through multiple pages or files.

Every package includes content ingestion, embeddings, vector search, an LLM-powered backend API, a website chat widget, source code, and setup instructions.
Standard and Premium add a branded widget, visible citations, and deployment to one supported hosting environment. Premium also includes one existing, documented CRM or database integration.
I bring 3+ years of commercial backend experience and hands-on RAG work, including a Pinizio SaaS documentation support-chatbot portfolio project.

What do you need from me to get started?
Please share your website link, the pages or documents the chatbot should use, your main use case, and any design preferences. I may also need access to your website, hosting, and required third-party accounts. Please message me before ordering so I can confirm the scope.
What type of content can the chatbot use?
The chatbot can use website pages, PDFs, Word documents, FAQs, help articles, policies, manuals, and product or service information. Please check the package limits for the number of webpages or document pages included.
Will you add the chatbot to my existing website?
Yes. Every package includes integration into one supported website codebase. Basic includes code-level integration, source code, and setup instructions. Live deployment is included in Standard and Premium or can be purchased as an extra for Basic.
Which types of websites can you work with?
I mainly work with custom websites and web applications, including React, Next.js, and JavaScript-based systems. For Shopify, Webflow, Wix, or another hosted platform, please message me first so I can review the setup. WordPress integration is not available at the moment.
Will the chatbot answer only from my content?
I will set up the chatbot to search your approved website pages and documents before answering. It can also show a fallback message when the answer is not available. No chatbot can be guaranteed to answer perfectly every time, so I test the main questions before delivery.
Do I need to provide API keys or hosting?
Yes. You may need your own account for the selected model, hosting service, database, or another third-party service. I can guide you through the setup. API usage, hosting, database, and subscription charges are not included in the package price.
Will I receive the source code?
Yes. Source code is included in all three packages. I will also provide the basic setup information needed to run the delivered project. Any paid third-party accounts will remain under your ownership.
Can I update the website pages or documents later?
Yes. The knowledge base can be updated after delivery, and I can provide instructions for updating the content. A document-upload dashboard or automatic website syncing is not included unless we agree on it separately.
Can you connect the chatbot with my CRM, database, or login system?
Premium includes one existing, documented CRM or database integration after I review its API and requirements. Authentication, multiple integrations, complex permissions, or development of a new CRM or database system require a custom offer.
