As a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist, I supported U.S. insurance agencies by providing accurate and timely insurance services focused on personal insurance. My responsibilities included preparing and processing Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Condo, and Umbrella insurance quotes based on client information, coverage needs, and carrier guidelines. I handled policy servicing tasks such as endorsements, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, billing assistance, policy changes, and document requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. I also prepared ACORD forms, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and other insurance documents as required. I worked with agency management systems such as AMS360 and EZLynx to update client information, maintain policy records, track documentation, and manage daily insurance tasks efficiently. I also communicated with agents, carriers, underwriters, mortgage companies, and clients to collect required information, follow up on pending requests, and resolve policy-related issues. My focus is on accurate quoting, efficient policy servicing, timely follow-ups, and professional client support to help insurance agencies save time and provide better service to their customers.
