As a Planning Engineer, I am responsible for developing and managing detailed construction schedules for infrastructure and building projects. I specialize in Primavera P6 and MS Project for baseline schedule development, resource loading, progress tracking, and critical path analysis. My key responsibilities include: • Preparation of baseline and recovery schedules • WBS development and activity sequencing • Resource planning and manpower histograms • Earned Value Management (SPI / CPI) • Delay analysis and EOT support • Monthly progress reports and dashboards • Coordination with contractors, consultants, and clients • Monitoring dams, irrigation, hydropower, and building projects I support project management teams by ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and contract compliance through structured planning and reporting systems.
