Are your emails landing in spam, or did Gmail and Yahoo start rejecting them? Since 2024 both require proper SPF, DKIM and DMARC for bulk senders, and missing or broken records are the most common reason business email goes to junk.


WHAT I DO

  • Check your current DNS and email setup and find what is broken
  • Set up or fix SPF, DKIM and DMARC records correctly
  • Works with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, cPanel/webmail, Mailchimp, SendGrid, Brevo and more
  • Any DNS host: GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Hostinger, etc.
  • Test with mail-tester and Gmail headers to confirm SPF/DKIM/DMARC pass
  • Blacklist check and plain-English report of what I changed

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Tell me your domain, email provider and any tools that send email for you
  2. Give me DNS access (or I send you the exact records to add)
  3. I set everything up, test it and send you the results
