How do I provide server access, and is it secure?
You provide temporary SSH access via password or an SSH key. Once setup and testing are complete, you can revoke access or change your root password immediately. We never store or retain client credentials.
Which cloud providers and operating systems do you support?
We support all major providers including Hetzner, DigitalOcean, AWS, OVH, Linode, and Proxmox VE. We work primarily with Debian and Ubuntu Server, the industry standards for Docker containerization.
How will I manage and update my containers after delivery?
You get total operational control. Every delivery includes clean docker-compose.yml files and a custom runbook with exact terminal commands to restart, update, and back up your containers without external help.
Do I need my own domain name and paid SSL certificates?
You need your own domain pointed to your server IP for external web access. However, you do not need to buy SSL certificates; we configure free, auto-renewing SSL certificates via Let's Encrypt or Cloudflare.
Can you fix an existing broken Docker setup or deploy custom apps?
Yes. We frequently resolve permission errors, restart loops, port conflicts, and broken reverse proxies. Please message us before ordering with your server details so we can review your environment first.
