Customers message your business on WhatsApp all day with the same questions, orders, and support problems. I build a WhatsApp AI assistant that handles them, using the official Meta WhatsApp Business API.
Choose your package:
- Basic: answers questions from your own FAQs and documents.
- Standard: adds automatic support tickets when a customer needs a person.
- Premium: adds order booking, stock updates, separate reseller and customer pricing, and reports.
I have built a commercial WhatsApp system like this with Laravel, the Meta WhatsApp API, [OpenAI or Gemini], Qdrant, and MySQL. Answers are drawn from your own information.
You send your FAQs and product data, I build and connect the bot, we test with real sample chats, and I hand it over with setup notes.
You need a Meta business account and a WhatsApp Business API number. Meta may charge message fees, and AI usage is billed to you by the provider.
Not included: websites, apps, other platforms, or custom integrations. Any extras are quoted before I start.

Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
Yes. You need a Meta business account and a phone number approved for the WhatsApp Business API. Meta may charge message fees, so check its current pricing.
What information does the bot answer from?
It answers from what you give me, such as FAQs, product lists, and policy documents (PDF, Word, Excel, or pasted text). Check your format with me before ordering.
Can it take orders and update stock?
Yes, in the Premium package: order booking, stock updates, separate reseller and customer pricing, and reports. Basic and Standard do not include orders.
Can the bot give a wrong answer?
It is built to answer from your data, and we test it with sample chats before handover. It can still be wrong on topics your data does not cover, so keep your information up to date.
Can you build it for Telegram, Instagram, or my website?
This gig is for WhatsApp only. If you need another platform, message me before ordering and I will quote it separately.
