Can you guarantee zero downtime or zero regressions?
No. I document risks and verification steps, but guarantees require control of the full codebase, test coverage, deployment process, and production environment.
What if the repository cannot be shared?
Send package files, representative components, error logs, and a recorded reproduction. I will state the resulting evidence limitations in the report.
Does this include Nuxt migration?
Only if the exact Nuxt scope is agreed before ordering. A Vue-only package does not automatically include Nuxt, SSR, or deployment changes.
