I joined International Estimation Solutions in August 2024 and started by learning to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and to build quantity takeoffs in PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, and Excel. I began with single-trade takeoffs under supervision, then took on full scopes including concrete, finishes, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. Today, as a Senior Estimation Engineer, I lead complete architectural, structural, and MEP estimates for US-based projects, from plan review and scope checks to material, labor, and equipment costing and a bid-ready package. I also handle addenda, catch scope gaps, and communicate directly with contractors to meet tight bid deadlines. I bring this experience to Fiverr clients who need accurate, fast, and reliable estimates.
