What types of files do you need to build the dashboard?
I work with Excel (.xlsx) or CSV exports from any ERP system, including Bling, Tiny, and Omie. Just export your sales data and send it via Fiverr chat after ordering.
Do I need to install any software to use the dashboard?
No. The BI406 dashboard runs entirely in your browser — no Power BI, no Excel license, no installation required. Just open the file and it works.
Can the dashboard handle multiple stores and salespeople?
Yes, on the Business and Premium plans. The Basic plan covers core KPIs like revenue, ticket, and goal tracking for a single operation.
What happens if my ERP column names are different?
The Premium plan includes full ERP column mapping and data validation. I'll configure the dashboard to match your exact file structure.
Do you communicate outside Fiverr?
No. All communication and file sharing happens exclusively through the Fiverr platform to protect both parties.
