Brought in as a freelance developer to build an MVP for a B2B demand generation agency running appointment setting and pipeline operations for enterprise tech clients. The engagement turned into a four-year run as their Lead Software Engineer. Built the first version of the platform end to end, from architecture to deployment on AWS — using Laravel and Vue.js. Once the core product was stable and proven, the client decided to commercialize it and sell it as a standalone SaaS product. I led that transition, expanding the platform's scope and leading a team of six engineers through the full rebuild. Version two is now in the final stages.
