I will build one n8n workflow that captures an enquiry, uses OpenAI to prepare a lead score and summary, records it in Google Sheets, and prepares a personalized Gmail response. HOT leads trigger an internal email alert.
Your package includes:

- AI qualification with agreed scoring rules
- Customer replies saved as drafts OR sent automatically, chosen at setup

You provide a working n8n environment, the required accounts, qualification rules and approved email wording. Hosting and API usage are paid by you. Extra forms, tools, campaigns and ongoing maintenance require a separate scope.

What do you need before starting?
A working n8n instance, Google Sheets, Gmail and OpenAI access, plus your form fields, qualification rules, approved reply wording and test examples. We confirm the workflow scope before starting.
Can I review emails before they are sent?
Yes. Choose Gmail drafts for review or automatic customer replies during setup. The package includes one configured delivery mode. I recommend drafts while testing and refining the responses.
Are hosting and AI usage costs included?
No. The price covers workflow implementation, testing and handover. You provide and pay for your n8n hosting or subscription, email account and OpenAI API usage.
What does the included revision cover?
One consolidated round of adjustments to agreed fields, scoring rules, prompts or email wording. New tools, forms, workflows or campaigns require a separate quote. Fixes needed to meet the agreed specification remain part of delivery.
Can you connect a different form or CRM?
Please message me on Fiverr first. This package uses a native n8n form, Google Sheets and Gmail. Other form tools, CRMs or additional integrations need a compatibility check and may require a custom offer.
What will I receive at handover?
The configured workflow in your n8n instance, an exported workflow JSON without credentials, short setup and operating notes, and a summary of the agreed tests. Ongoing monitoring and maintenance are separate.
How will account access be handled?
Keep passwords and API keys out of chat messages. Configure credentials directly in your n8n instance, or provide scoped access where supported. We agree the access method before implementation; no secrets are included in the workflow export.
