Senior Consultant – Visit Visa (UK, Australia, Ireland & Canada) Provide end-to-end consultation for visit visa applications for the UK, Australia, Ireland, and Canada, ensuring compliance with country-specific immigration regulations. Assess client profiles, travel history, financial status, and purpose of travel to determine eligibility and suitable visa pathways. Guide clients on required documentation, application procedures, timelines, and embassy/consulate requirements. Prepare, review, and submit accurate visa applications, covering letters, and supporting documents to minimize refusal risks. Advise clients on biometric appointments, medical requirements (if applicable), and interview preparation. Handle complex cases, including previous refusals, overstays, or weak travel history, with strategic documentation and explanations. Track application status and maintain regular communication with clients regarding updates and outcomes. Stay updated with the latest immigration rules, policy changes, and visa processing trends for all assigned countries. Maintain high standards of customer service, confidentiality, and ethical consulting practices. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth case processing and timely submissions.
