Hey Friends :-) I am a health and wellness coach who loves helping people reach their healthy goals. Aside from teaching fitness classes I love reading, dancing, and traveling. From a very young age I’ve had a firm grasp of the English language (phonics, spelling, grammar, syntax). Over the entire length of my academic career, I have received high marks and positive feedback for various writing assignments.
