This was my first time using services on the website, so I accepted the offer and approved the project without realizing that afterwards I would no longer receive answers to my questions. Nam was easy to work with and very responsive. The project exceeded the initial timeline, but the final deliverables met all our agreements. With a bit more focus on the finer details, the experience would be perfect. Overall, a successful project!
