IT Support Engineer — Sequential Soft LLC Support and administer ICG ERP/POS and HioPos Cloud POS solutions. Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot POS terminals, printers, barcode scanners, payment terminals and related peripherals. Manage ERP/POS users, permissions, products, pricing, promotions and inventory configurations. Troubleshoot application, connectivity and system issues between POS terminals and centralized systems. Perform database backups, software updates, patches, system migrations and recovery procedures. Generate and analyze sales, operational and inventory reports. Coordinate with software vendors to resolve technical issues and system enhancements. Train restaurant staff and end users on ERP/POS applications and best practices.
