Created and configured a reusable GoHighLevel snapshot for a client, packaging their CRM pipeline, tags, and custom fields so the full setup could be deployed consistently in any account without rebuilding from scratch. Built lead capture and follow-up workflows that placed every new lead into the correct pipeline stage, applied the right tags, and started an automated follow-up sequence immediately, so no inquiry waited on a manual reply. Configured automated email and SMS sequences for lead nurturing and follow-up, plus appointment booking and reminder automation to confirm bookings and support attendance. Set up missed-call text-back so every unanswered inbound call received an instant text and was routed back into the booking flow. Tested every workflow end to end with test contacts, checking trigger firing, message delivery, tagging, and pipeline movement, and fixed issues before handoff. The client received a clean, functional automation setup they could rely on and reuse.

Built booking and lead automation for a wellness and body-contouring practice, working inside the client’s own GoHighLevel account. Landing-page form submissions flowed into the CRM with UTM source tags, then triggered SMS and email confirmations and automatic calendar and pipeline creation. Set up speed-to-lead automation: an instant alert to the setter on every new lead, a 5-minute auto-text with a call task, and missed-call text-back so no inquiry went unanswered. Added T-48h and T-24h appointment reminders with prep instructions. Built payment automation including deposit and card-on-file at booking, written no-show and cancellation consent, T-24h auto-charge of the remaining balance, and a failed-payment recovery sequence (card-update text and retry, firmer warning, auto-cancel cutoff), with every attempt logged to the CRM record. Configured consultation-to-package follow-up with custom fields for clinical recommendations, a non-buyer sequence, and financing link delivery. Added membership billing support, banked-session tracking, pause and cancel save-call tasks, win-back reactivation, Google review requests, and referral source-tagging.
