He was very responsive however the final product was very incomplete. I asked for an army to be painted and some spots are still just the primer, army has long streaks of black or white, inconsistent coloring between the same minis. I sent a norn emissary and psychophage as reference but none really came out like it

I have only one regret... that I didn't send more figures to get painted! Nathan was a professional from the moment we started talking.
