SMTP Server allows you to Send/Receive Emails for your personal or business purpose. If you own SMTP Server, you can send unlimited Emails for your Marketing Campaigns.
There are many SMTP Service providers like Amazon SES, Sendgrid, Mandrill, Mailgun, SendPulse, Spark Post, Google SMTP Server, etc.. but most of these companies either do not allow you to send unlimited emails or they are very much expensive.
So, I will be able to set up an SMTP Server along with Email Marketing software like Mautic, Mailwizz, Acellmail (or any paid software you have or you can buy) for you and provide you unlimited sending email ability.
I will set up an SMTP server you send unlimited email marketing campaigns using PMTA and Mautic for cool email marketing.
In this configuration, you can send unlimited emails and schedule your campaign with inbox delivery.

Yes! But need to Configuration. You will get Open rate, click rate, Delivery Report, Abuse/campaign Report, and Geo/Country location open Report of Email Campaign.
How much cost will be per month/Year ?
There is No additional Application cost monthly/yearly. Domain Yearly renewal fee is around $12 USD and the Server cost Depends on your server configuration. Small Server monthly costs monthly around $5 USD to $10 USD.
