With more than 6 years of professional and academic experience in REVIT and a Master in BIM Management+AI ongoing I put my passion and time to create bespoke Revit families and 3D models, making your BIM workflow seamless.
BASIC
- ONE bespoke Revit Family. No parameters (adjustable length or width etc.) included. LOD up to 200.
PLUS
- ONE bespoke Revit Family or 3D model. Parameters (adjustable length or width etc.) included. LOD up to 300.
ULTRA
- ONE bespoke Revit Family or 3D model. Parameters (adjustable length or width etc.) included. LOD up to 500.
1) I offer a render of your family or 3D model as an extra.
2) I USE REVIT 2025. To open your file in older versions I can export the file in IFC format

I will take a cad block file you give me and transforming any block: - closing polylines - making the contour line - separating the layers of the secondary or interior lines - detailing block (upon request) - customizing block to make you architecture plans unique - searching for specific blocks
What file format will I get?
- Dwg file - Dwg file with bandle blocks (upon request, *little price charge) - Pdf file (upon request)
