Will it make things up?
No. It answers only from the content you give it and shows the source it used. When your documents don't cover a question, it says so and can hand the conversation over to a human instead of guessing.
What content can you train it on?
Public web pages, PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, and exports from Notion or Confluence. If your content lives somewhere else, message me before ordering and I'll confirm whether it works.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Source code and a README are included in every package, and it runs on your own account with your own API keys. Nothing is locked to me and you can hand it to another developer at any point.
What will it cost me to run?
You pay the model provider directly, with no markup from me. A small support chatbot is typically $5-30 per month depending on traffic. I can set a spending cap so it cannot surprise you.
Can you connect it to our CRM or database?
Yes. One system integration is included in Premium, or available as an extra on any package. Tell me which system you use and I'll confirm it's feasible before you order.
Can the chatbot stay private, for staff only?
Yes. In Production I can put it behind a login so it works as an internal knowledge base for your team, with documentation that should never be public.
Where does our data go? Is this GDPR-friendly?
It runs on your own account with your own API keys, so your content stays under your control. I don't keep your documents after delivery. In Production I can deploy to your own infrastructure, so nothing leaves your cloud. NDA or DPA on request.
