Working with Neko is great. He is very proactive, responsive and works very well. I believe he's extremely reliable in getting the tickets. The only thing is I believe the price is very high. And that's the main reason he's not getting a 5. Driver behind is that for 2 tickets (which cost 5.5€ each + plus shipment), I had to pay 210€.

Nekoyan was able to get us Ghibli Museum tickets at exactly the day and time we required. She was quick to respond to any queries. On the day my daughter was ill, Nekoyan kindly offered us another day but luckily our hotel stepped in and spoke to the Ghibli Museum and swapped our visit day.
