2. My site is down or showing a warning — how fast can you start?
I know a hacked site is urgent, so I prioritize these. Once I have access, I begin right away. Most sites are cleaned within 1-2 days depending on severity, and I'll give you a realistic timeline after a first look.
3. Google blacklisted my site or it shows "deceptive site ahead". Can you fix that?
Yes. After cleaning the malware, I submit your site for review to remove Google Safe Browsing warnings and blacklist flags, so visitors and search engines trust it again.
4. How do you make sure it doesn't happen again?
Cleaning is only half the job. I close the vulnerability that let them in, harden your login and key settings, update what's outdated, and include monitoring to catch anything before it becomes a problem again.
5. Will I lose my content or data during cleanup?
No. I take a backup before I start and preserve your content, pages and settings. The goal is a clean site that looks and works exactly like before — just without the infection.
6. What do you need from me to start?
Your website URL, WordPress admin access, and hosting access (cPanel/FTP) — for hacked sites I usually need file-level access to clean properly. You can share everything securely once the order starts.
7. What happens after the cleanup?
You get a report of what was found and fixed, plus included monitoring to watch for reinfection. For ongoing protection so this never happens again, I also offer monthly Care & Security plans — many clients move to one after a cleanup.
